SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!! We are looking forward to watching today's game and enjoying our BBQ ribs and pulled pork sandwiches made with Ay! Chihuahua Spicy BBQ sauce and Chipotle Pecan Rub and Seasoning. This is a delicious choice for your pre-game or game food. The taste will make you want to not gobble the food up so it can be enjoyed with all the buddies and gal pals. Go Saints!! sorry colt fans had to get that out of my system.

Recently Ay! Chihuahua Spicy BBQ & Dipping Sauce won a first place award from the Fiery Foods and BBQ Show. A third place Scovie in the fruit based was taken by Ay! Chihuahua Smokey Pecan BBQ & Dipping Sauce. We will not be at the show in Albuquerque this year even though we really wanted to, but we just could not to pull it off. We hope everyone that goes enjoys the show.

Charcoal Grilling

For direct cooking on a charcoal grill, make sure there is enough charcoal to extend in a single layer 1 to 2 inches beyond the area of the food on the grill. Pour briquettes into the grill to determine the quantity, then stack into a pyramid for lighting.
For indirect cooking, food is placed over a drip pan and the briquettes are banked either to one or both sides of the pan.
Marinating Tip

Marinating quickly tenderizes meat and also adds additional flavor. With our BBQ sauce you should just coat the chicken. You would use this method for baking because if you put meat on the grill with sauce on it then you can burn it. The sauce should always be put on the meat at the end of the grilling time. The marinade should completely surround the food. Cooked meat should never be returned to a cold marinade.
Fiery-Foods Show Albuquerque, New Mexico
This is a big show if you have never been. We will miss this show this year but we have placed an Ad in the program. I love to see the guys that come in with the Pepto-Bismol around their necks. The crowd always has so much energy that it is contagious. If you go to the show let me know what you thought about it.
Wow our new website is awesome!
